DIRECTIONS:
- Rinse meat or vegetables, shake off excess liquid.
- Roll meat in coating or shake in resealable bag.
- Pan fry over medium heat or deep fry at 350°F until golden brown, turning once.
- Drain on paper towel and serve.
THICKER COATING: Mix 1 egg with 1 1/2 cups milk and dip pieces in mixture before coating. Repeat dipping and coating until desired thickness is reached.
BEER BATTER: Dip or soak pieces to be fried in your favorite brew before coating to provide added flavor.
DEEP FRYING: Experiment with different oils since they vary in flavor and frying properties.
VEGETABLES: Coating works equally well for onion rings, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans and even cheese curds. *Follow instructions for thicker coatings and deep fry until golden brown.
