  • Use .70 lbs. of seasoning with .06 lb. of speed cure to 2.5 lbs. water.  Pump hams at 10% for 25 lbs. of ham.

    INGREDIENTS

    Salt, Brown Sugar, Maple Sugar, Sodium Phosphate (6.21%), Sodium Erythorbate (1.91%), Spice Extractives, Vegetable Oil and Less Than 1% Silicon Dioxide (Prevents Caking). 

    FOR 25 LBS OF HAM DIRECTIONS

    Usage: Use .70 lb of Seasoning plus 0.06 lb of speed cure to 2.5 lbs of water. Pump hams at 10% for 25 lbs of ham.
